Bpifrance presents Jean Dionnet, founder and CEO of the UNIVAIRMER group to the Positive Capital team.

UNIVAIRMER is a network of agencies specializing in the sale of travel. With a business volume of over 110 million euros, the group is developing a digital vision of its activity to add to the quality of its services based on human relations, tailor-made and comprehensive services with high added value.

Positive Capital contributed to the acceleration of the group's development with a Serie C fundraising from a pool of investors led by Generis Capital and organized the diversification into tailor-made travel with the acquisition of the specialized company TO “123VOYAGES” generating more than 10 million euros in income.

Today, the UNIVAIRMER group is the leading independent travel distributor in France, which today knows how to support the new omnichannel uses of travelers.
