Employing 3,800 people, the mutual group MNH has mainly developed through external growth. In 2016, it generated revenue of €1.1 billion.

With 15m€ of revenues, Comelec is a French leader in the supply of TV and electronic equipment to hospitality business (hospitals, clinics and hotels).
Positive Capital supported the founding shareholders in the reorganization of the capital structure and the search for financing.
The supplier of audiovisual equipment for hospitals and hotels comes under the control of the MNH through the refinancing of its debt and a capital increase.
Today, the part dedicated to hotels has joined Hoist Group and the "hospitals and clinics" part has joined the MNH group.
In particular distributor of audiovisual material in hospitals and hotels, Comelec, incapable in its development by its indebtedness, sought a backing solution.
Active in insurance (MNH), banking (Banque Française Mutualiste), media (Le journal du Médecin, Le journal du Pharmacien, Hospimedia) and services for the world of health (Keldoc, Comelec, etc.), MNH Group table, with this operation, on development synergies thanks to the pooling of customer files but also of costs.
